At Martha Lucia, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason except in the rare case that your painting arrives damaged during delivery.
No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
​
If your painting arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of:

The damaged area(s)

The packaging the artwork arrived in

The artwork must be returned in its original packaging. Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned, damaged painting.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
How to Report a Damaged Item

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
